FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I or a Friend do Commercial Work with our Drones?

Engaging in any form of commercial drone operations mandates that the operator possesses a license. This encompasses utilizing images for advertising, sales, or any activity aimed at generating revenue, whether directly or indirectly. Conducting paid services without a Part 107 license constitutes illegal operation. Failure to comply with these regulations can result in substantial fines from the FAA for both parties involved.

What is the expected turnaround time for receiving my photos or videos?

We strive to ensure that our customers receive all photos and videos promptly, ideally on the same day. In cases of high demand, delivery may extend overnight; nevertheless, our commitment remains to furnish all media within 24 hours.

How will I receive my photos or videos?

The project will be delivered to you through a link to OneDrive, sent via email for easy access to download the files. This link grants downloading privileges from any location within the USA or globally. Rest assured, only individuals with access to the link can view or download the photos and videos. Additionally, with your consent, we may utilize certain photos to showcase our portfolio.

Depending on the specific requirements of the project, we can adjust the policy to $2 million, $5 million, or $10 million as necessary.
